Change of mind
We make every effort to ensure all the sizing information you need is available to help you decide the best fit and recommend taking accurate measurements before purchasing.
If you do change your mind, we are happy to exchange your goods for a store credit for the price of the item purchased. Goods will need to returned in the original packaging in an unworn and unused condition with all tags intact. Once we receive these, we will email you with a store credit.
Please note: the cost of shipping will be your responsibility for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked post service as we are not liable for items being lost or damaged in the post.
There are no returns on sale items for change of mind.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched to ensure you are receiving only the best quality.
However, if you do receive a faulty product please email us at email@example.com within 20 days of receipt of purchase and let us know the problem.
We will arrange for the item to be picked up or cover the return shipping cost and issue you with either a replacement (when possible), a store credit or a refund, the choice is yours. We will comply with our obligations under New Zealand consumer law, but otherwise exclude all warranties or guarantees to the extent permitted by law.
Sales / Discounts
All sale orders are final.
Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed, cancelled or altered.
Orders placed prior to a sale cannot be amended to reflect the sale price.
If using a sale/ discount code, please ensure the specified code is entered correctly. If it is not entered correctly the discount cannot be applied. This cannot be amended once the payment has been processed.
If purchasing in a seconds/ sample sale, there are no returns. Any faults or differences will be clearly stated on our website.
